Booking confirmation
once payment received, we will send you a confirmation email with an electronic ticket. Your seat guaranteed once you receive your e-ticket

Payment
Payment is required during online registration; you can pay via Visa, MasterCard

In case you made a partial payment or registered during check-in period, please note that the rest (or all) of the payment can be paid via cash or money order. Please consult with the official event organizer regarding this.

Fees
Course fees include tuition on the day/days, all relevant course materials, and depending on the event organizer lunch and refreshments might be included. Please check with your event organizer to confirm.

Early bird discounts
Early bird discount are applicable if you registered at an event 60 days before the event start. Please contact us via phone to get your discount at ([email protected])

Special requirements
The ACT will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that been notified in advance via email ([email protected])

Joining instructions
joining instructions including outline of the day, venue details, map and details will be issued approximately two to four weeks prior to the course. If you have not found joining instructions on your event page at our website, please contact us ([email protected]) 4 days prior of the event start

Course transfers
there is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify PDC in writing up to 21 days before the start and if there is availability. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee will be payable if the notice is received less than 21 days before the start of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by email to [email protected]

Cancelling your place
If you notify the PDC in writing (via email) up to 28 days before the start date of a course, you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of 20% of the course fee. If you withdraw for whatever reason within the 28 day period, the full fee will remain payable even if you are unable to nominate a substitute attendee. Substitutions should be received by the PDC at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

Invitation letters
should a participant require an invitation letter from the PDC, we are able to provide this as long as full payment of the course fee has been received. The PDC is not able to act on behalf of the participant and is not responsible for any costs incurred by failure to obtain a Visa. Full course fees can be refunded if a participant has been declined a Visa and has provided proof of this.

Non-attendance
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked, we will be unable to refund the course fees or offer a transfer.

Partial attendance
If you fail to attend the whole course period, and only attended partial of the training allocated time, a refund will not be applicable and you might not be qualifying to receive a certificate and this will be under the discretion of PDC solely to decide if you qualify or not

Cancellation by the PDC
Where circumstances dictate, the PDC reserves the right to alter published programs, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.

Venues
Details of the specific venue will be provided online on the event page, if the venue was not mentioned then it will be sent in the event reminder email for all training courses.

Dress code
There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing. Due to variable temperatures of air conditioned rooms, layers are advised.

Liability
The PDC does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of the PDC. Participants should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
