The goal of this seminar is to provide attendees with a framework for understanding, analyzing and handling dilemmas, contradictions and paradoxes faced by organizational member, whether being employees or managers. The course revolves around the everyday practice of organizing, which means that focus is on processes.

  • Executive Communication Workshop (4PM-7PM)

Quintilian said that a good leader can communicate to ten people while a great leader can communicate to ten hundred. While executives do not usually have to address such large venues, they do need to be able to convey messages effectively at individual, small group, and public address levels. Most people will have the opportunity to attend a public speaking course; this workshop provides the fine tuning needed for mastery of the executive suite and its unique communication challenges.
